Monica Forlano is the Chair of the Endometriosis Australia Board.  

Monica has over 20 years of media industry experience ranging from managing international operations of cable television in Europe to leading broadcast channels and content production departments in Australia. Monica is the former Head of AFL Studios, the production and in-house creative agency of the Australian Football League. 

Monica was diagnosed and treated for endometriosis at the age of 31, unaware of the disease or how it was the cause of the chronic pain she had suffered since adolescence.  

Monica is keen to build awareness in the broader community, so they are able to seek treatment instead of suffering in silence.
