• Provide medical referrals or accreditation — including referrals to GPs, surgeons, or allied health practitioners (medico-legal reasons), or accreditation/training for medical professionals

• Action research requests without ethics approval — including school, university, or clinical trial research. If you have ethics approval, please download the form and apply here.

• Endorse or partner without formal approval — including brands, products, services, websites, or use of our logo, unless formally accredited or a nationally/internationally recognised organisation

• Offer staff time for media or speaking requests — unless submitted as a formal media brief outlining reach and circulation or fundraising event with a significant fundraising goal
