Belinda brings over 20 years of both global and local expertise in delivering impactful and innovative solutions in Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, Business Resilience and Process Improvement. She thrives on challenging the conventional risk management norms, advocating for a dynamic approach where Risk Management not only aligns with business strategies, but also comprehends the broader economic and competitive landscape. She views risk management as a catalyst for innovation, cultural change and business improvement.
Throughout her career, she has held senior positions at prominent organisations including OneFortyOne, MYOB, Deakin, University, Slater & Gordon Lawyers, Worley, Shell & Ernst & Young.
Belinda lives and breathes the management and transformation of risk in complex and challenging business environments. She has served as a Director of the Risk Management Institute of Australia and as the Audit Chair of the Wodonga City Council.
Belinda combines her expertise in boardroom dynamics and corporate strategy with her personal journey of battling endometriosis since the age of 17. This experience has given her a profound understanding of women’s health issues, as she has undergone numerous surgeries and treatment across Australia, Poland and London.
