Former lawyer turned Diversity, Equity and Inclusion professional, Zainab Nayyar, combines legal rigour with practical delivery to build inclusive, wellbeing-centred workplaces. She specialises in ERG governance, responsible business, and policies that embed inclusion, safety and fairness across the employee lifecycle.
With lived experience of endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain, she is a passionate women’s health champion—advocating for workplace cultures that truly support employees navigating health challenges. Zainab partners with leaders, HR, Legal and ERGs to translate insight into clear, actionable policy, anchored in evidence and lived experience.
