Alicia Pearce specialises in workplace and workforce gender equity policy and law reform, working with large employers and national for-purpose organisations on projects and campaigns to create progressive change and equitable conditions for women at work. Alicia’s doctoral research is a legal project investigating how large employers can implement effective work, health and safety approaches to workplace sexual harassment.
