Dr Jane Chalmers (PhD, B.Physio) is a Senior Lecturer in Pain Sciences at the University of South Australia. She is the leader of the pelvic pain theme under the Innovation, Implementation And Clinical Translation in Health (IIMPACT) research concentration at the University of South Australia.

Casey Burgess is an established actress, musician and television presenter with over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry. 

She was a cast member of the internationally successful children’s ensemble Hi-5 from 2008-12. Hi-5 has been nominated for numerous ARIA & TV Week Logie Awards. Hi-5 is shown in countries all around the world and the group has toured Australia, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand and parts of Europe. 

Her extensive television credits include roles in the Chanel Seven’s Home and Away, Tripping Over and White Collar Blue for Network Ten, Wonderland, Farscape and Don’t Blame Me. Casey has featured in the film My Husband My Killer, and telemovie Scorched for the Nine Network. 

She hosted the television series Girl TV for Seven Network and took part in a number of live show appearances as a presenter, including Carols in The Domain, The People’s Choice Awards, and Channel 7’s live telethon performing ‘Moses’ on guitar and vocals. Casey’s musical theatre credits include Annie The Musical and the GFO A Little Princess stage workshop. 

Also appearing in the award winning short film ‘Checkpoint’ an has recently been hosting and MCing live events and corporate functions around Australia, she was national host for Wakakirri 2014-2022.

She has just her debut album “Space To Breathe” which she wrote and recorded in Nashville. The album debut came in at number 3 on the Aria Country chart and she is currently performing around.
