Established in Melbourne, Australia, Kate’s journey began at the age of 24 when she started handcrafting lace bralettes in her parents’ spare room. Using social media as her main platform, Kate shared her creations on Instagram, which quickly captured the attention of women seeking intimate apparel that was both beautiful and comfortable. 

What started as a small, passion-driven project blossomed into a globally recognized brand. Ten years later, Kat the Label enjoys significant success, particularly in the USA, where it has become a favourite for its beautiful yet everyday wear, connecting with women around the world. 

Alongside her entrepreneurial success, Kate’s personal health journey took an unexpected turn when she was diagnosed with endometriosis while navigating her fertility journey last year. Shocked by the statistics surrounding the condition and the lack of awareness, Kate has made it a key part of her mission to raise funds for research and educate others about endometriosis. She is now a passionate advocate for greater awareness and support for those affected by the condition.
