1. Organiser
   This competition is organised by Endometriosis Australia Limited ACN 161 605 750 which is a registered charity (the “Organiser”), in partnership with The Endo Shop ABN 66 575 483 969. 
2. Entry Period
   The competition starts on March 2nd, 2025, 8AM and ends on March 31st, 2025, at 11:59 PM AEDT. Any entries received after this time will not be considered.
3. Eligibility

This competition is open to Australian residents only. 

Entrants must be aged 16 years or older at the time of entry. 

Employees of the Organiser, The Endo Shop, or Meta Platforms Inc or its subsidiaries (Meta) and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. 

4. How to Enter
   To enter the competition, participants must:

Follow both @endometriosisaustralia and @theendoshop on Instagram. 

Tag friends, family, or colleagues in the comments of the competition post. Each tag counts as 1 entry. 

Participants may enter as many times as they like; the more tags, the more chances to win! 

5. Prize

The winner will receive a prize pack to the value of $500 AUD. 

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items. 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and notified via Instagram Direct Message on April 1st 2025. 

The winner must respond within 7 days of being notified. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected. 

7. Publicity
   By entering, the winner agrees to allow The Endo Shop and Endometriosis Australia to use their name, Instagram handle and/or any submitted photos for promotional purposes without compensation.
8. Data Protection
   Entrants’ personal data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and notifying the winner, and in accordance with paragraph 7. This data will not be shared with third parties unless required for competition administration or by law.
9. Meta Disclaimer
   This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, etc). By entering, participants agree to release Meta from any and all liability associated with the competition.
10. General Terms

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition at any time without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 

The Organiser is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or interruptions including postal delays that may prevent or delay the entry process or prize delivery.  

By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

11. Governing Law
    This competition is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.
