In addition to her role as an international lawyer, Naomi is regularly called upon to advise boards and executive management on their people issues. Naomi is also an experienced board member herself and is currently a Non-Executive Director, Lead Independent Director, Audit and Risk Committee member and Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board of ASX-listed company Megaport Limited.

Naomi also sits on the Board of Surrogacy Australia. Naomi’s debut book Milk and Margaritas looks at navigating a range of serious health issues and child loss and challenges long-held myths around women’s health issues and the workplace.
